Dr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn is the founder and CEO of Asia Plus Group Holdings PCL.

He is well-regarded for his deal-making experience. He has pioneered more than thirty large-scale M&A transactions across a number of industries. He has also advised over one hundred entrepreneurs to fund their business expansions via IPOs, and with private equity or venture capital.

Dr. Opaswongkarn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and mentor to the table. He is skilled with networking and is passionate about partnering with and supporting promising entrepreneurs and helping them build their businesses toward success.

Mr. Lavie is highly experienced in global complex ventures, investments, and M&A transactions.

He started his professional path as a lawyer specializing in securities and international commercial law, and during the last two decades, Mr. Lavie created strategic alliances in Asia, leading many strategic investments in Israeli companies With this combination of the Know-How (leading experts in many fields of technologies) and the Know-Who ( global network and connections).

Eitan built a proven strategic investment philosophy with unfair advantage in the Asian markets Before ARTOFIN, Mr. Lavie co-founded the first governmental global acceleration program for startup companies in Thailand – SPARK

Mr. Harvey is a Harvard Business School alumnus with over fourteen years of experience helping develop businesses across SEA, and Vietnam in particular. Harvey specializes in M&A, government relations, technology, data analytics, and BI.

He has held executive positions in a large number of financial, transportation, and investment companies, notably including Agribank (the largest bank in VN), Sun Life (NYSE:SLF), Havas Group (FRA:HAV), BeGroup (the second largest ride-hailing corp in VN), CAKE (the fastest-growing digital bank in VN), IDG Capital, and Trung Nguyễn group (the top three coffee producers in VN).

Mr. Harvey has also been a private investor in startups and businesses from seed to series C. As a private investor, he prefers to be hands-on with his portfolio, helping the companies he invests in grow and maintain that growth even after he moves on.
